Pak Choy is a Chinese cabbage variety loved for its crisp texture with light green stalks and large, dark green leaves. Pak choy deserves its reputation as a nutritional powerhouse amongst vegetables with high levels of vitamins A, C and K, as well as calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, and iron.
