What day do you deliver?
We deliver on Fridays. Your order should arrive at your doorstep by 1pm.
Can we visit the farm?
We encourage you to visit our farm to pick up your produce. Alternatively, you can make a farm visit booking so we can accompany you on the farm. For safety reasons, we do not allow unaccompanied visits.
Are you still selling at markets? If so, where?
Why isn’t your produce always dirt cheap?
We don’t produce on a mass scale, use expensive machinery, or chemical assistance to speed up the growing process. We grow high-quality produce via good-old-fashioned hard work and regenerative methods. Therefore, we price our produce based on the cost of growing organically and biodynamically, harvesting, manual labour and other farm necessities.
Why isn’t all produce available all the time?
We grow with nature, the seasons and all of the elements that Mother Nature gives us. We purchase out-of-season produce from our sister organic farms, but only occasionally if demand requires it.
Why are bananas, out of season and interstate items available?
We believe our customers need variety and to indulge in a little sweetness once in awhile.
Are out of season items still organic or biodynamic?
Hell yes, we don’t sell goods from other local or interstate farms unless they have organic certification. We are working towards achieving our own certification and believe every product line across the board should be the same.

Do you have pickup points?
We only have farm pick-up at this stage.
Do you wholesale?
We can wholesale. Please contact us to discuss terms and conditions.
What will be available each week?
There will be a mixture of produce available and will vary depends largely on planting time, and of course, mother nature. Unlike conventional crops, we cannot guarantee that a variety will be available every week as we farm naturally.
How long is a 'season'?
Each 'season' generally runs for approximately 10 weeks.
When do the seasons start?
Every season, we aim for a specific date however this may move slightly but we do communicate this thoroughly with our customers.
Can I upgrade, change my box size, change my pick up day or skip a week?
This is normally not an issue, but please get in touch with one week's notice so we can prepare your order for you.
What if I don’t know how to use or recognize the fruit or veggies in my box?
Ask us! We upload a myriad of recipes into our members group for you to try. You're welcome to ask other members how they prepare their fresh produce. Google is also an amazing tool for recipe searches! We try to offer some 'off-the-cuff' veggies that may surprise you, in a good way. We hope you love them.
How often do I receive a box of produce?
You can choose between 'delivery' or 'farm pick-up'. We encourage our members and customers to pop into the farm to pick up their food, especially for those who've signed up as a CSA member for the season. We always welcome our valued members here.
What time can I pick my box up?
Between 3pm and 6pm on the day you elected for pick up.
How do I sign up to become a CSA member?
Coming soon! Watch this space.
Is there a deadline for sign up?
Yes, the cut off is prior to when we begin our crop planning and planting for the season. Click here to see the next seasons information.
Do you downgrade or give refunds for CSA?
Yes. If you contact us by email prior to the season sign-up cut-off date, we can refund your funds of the CSA share you paid for. This share will subsequently be opened to the next customer on our waiting list. Please note you may not be able to re-sign up if you change your mind. Also, refunds are not available after the cut-off date as costs have already been allocated to allow for the seasons share.
Why should I choose CSA?
When you sign up to a season's CSA share, you become part of what we like to refer to as the new food revolution. CSA isn’t a new concept and we won't claim we came up with it either. Becoming a member of our CSA means we get to grow food for you and your family personally. When you sign up, your money goes towards the cost of growing your food and running the farm.
Do you guarantee we will have enough to feed my family?
As every family eats differing amounts we cant guarantee this.
What happens if your crops fail?
We grow a large variety of produce, so if one line of produce fails we would normally have something else to slip into its place.
What does a typical share have in it?
A typical share will normally include between 8-11 lines of produce.
When do deliveries start?
Delivery start dates are listed on your sign up form. We begin delivering Friday mid-morning. Delivery times may vary due to traffic and the number of deliveries.
What happens if I'm on vacation?
You can donate your box to a friend and have them pick it up in your place.
Do you guarantee quantities of fruits and/or vegetables?
Quantities will vary with the growing season. While we plan on average to deliver a good basketful of produce, its impossible to guarantee any particular crop or quantity. Please contact us any special requests and we will endeavour to meet your needs as best as possible.
Can I post pay for CSA weekly boxes?
Can we pick and choose what will be in our share?
Each week we harvest only the lines which are ready for the entire CSA. We don’t offer variations although we do have a swap box of produce you can switch an item for.
Do you offer eggs in your farm boxes?
Yes, we offer eggs as an extra purchase item on pick up. Normally during the cooler months, some of our ladies take a rest from laying and drop their feathers to grow new ones (this is where their energy goes instead of producing eggs), so our normal egg count varies too greatly to guarantee the quantity of eggs in each box. Alternatively, you can purchase individual boxes from our SHOP with an added option for eggs.
